Refund & Return Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Adult toys & lubricants

Due to health and safety regulations, all sales are final. Once items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and non-resalable. We will gladly exchange or replace any defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery, after which the manufacturer warranty will apply through our Authorized Seller status.

 

Please note: we may perform troubleshooting steps before classifying an item as defective, and we may request a photo of the defective product. Oils and lubricants are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances. Qualifying defective items are eligible for merchandise credit only.

To report a defective item, please contact us at info@nissiadulttrading.store within 30 days of delivery.

Apparel & lingerie

We do not accept returns on apparel for buyer's remorse. If an item is confirmed defective, we will issue merchandise credit or send a replacement — no cash refunds will be given on apparel.

 

Sex toys & machines

All sales are final. These products are supplied as-is. No warranty is given, either implied or expressed. Products are intended as novelty items only, and no representation is made or implied as to their suitability or safety for any particular use. Purchasers use products entirely at their own risk.

 

The manufacturer and reseller are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage or loss howsoever arising from the use or misuse of products, including but not limited to damage to the product itself, personal injury, or other damages.

Wrong item or missing product

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing a product, contact us at info@nissiadulttrading.store within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the incorrect item and we will make it right.

 

Order cancellation

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to return an item, you may either refuse the package upon delivery or mark the unopened package "Return to Sender" and drop it off at your local shipping facility.

 

Once we receive and confirm the returned package is unused and unopened, we will issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

Shipping & delivery
