Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM CST may be processed the following business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability. All orders ship from U.S. warehouse locations for the fastest delivery possible.
Discreet packaging
Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside of the box. The sender name on your package will not reference our store or product type.
Shipping restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to ship boxes to P.O. at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order — we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@nissiadulttrading.store with your order number. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment confirmation email is sent.
